Jiangyin Guoguang Calender and Fiber Roller Co., Ltd. was established in the town of Ligang in Jiangyin City, China in 1989. Since then we have focused on providing the most advanced and quality-built planishing mills, soft calenders, hard calenders, super planishing mills, and various fiber rolls for our domestic and international clients. Our strengths are in our research and development, cutting-edge equipment, and skilled staff, which includes numerous senior technical members. In fact, since the 1980s, the fiber roll and soft calendar series we have introduced have been the first of their kinds in China, and have replaced their imported counterparts.

One way we ensure the quality and reliability of our products is through the use of high-tech equipment, such as a CNC Heavy-Duty Lathe, capable of working with 100-ton weight with 24 m length and 2.1 m diameter; a Gantry Milling Machine with 3m×10m dimension; CNC Roll Grinder, capable of working with up to 100 tons 12.5 meters in length and 2.2 meters in diameter; a Precision CNC Lathe, capable of holding 20 tons 10 meters in length and 1.3 meters in diameter; and a Deep Hole Boring Machine which has a maximum of 10 meter length and 2 meter diameter. Other equipment we offer includes a CNC Floor Type Boring Machine with a 3.6 meter rotary table and a Schenck Balancing Machine, which can bear 60 tons with a length of 15 meters and diameter of 2.8 meters.

In 2006, Guoguang organized the "National Soft Calendering Technology Committee", which has been responsible for creating the standards for this industry.

Jiangsu Guoguang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is a key manufacturer in China of heavy-duty forged parts which are used for a variety of applications. We have acquired several patents for our advanced products and technology, enabling us to produce high quality forged parts which are LR, GL, CCS, ABS and DNV certified.

In our sprawling, 106,000 meter factory, we use7000 ton and 4000 ton open die forging hydraulic presses to process forgings of up to 70 metric tons, and we have an annual capacity of 800,000 metric tons. The open-die forging hydraulic machine is designed with four-columns and three-cylinders, with a pull-down structure that ensures excellent performance and fast forging speed.

Guoguang offers products for many industries. For the wind-power field, there is a forged spindle of wind-mill generator ranging from 0.85 to 3MW. The ship industry utilizes our stern axle, intermediate axle and crooked rudderstock series for 10,000-300,000 ton vessels. We also provide metallurgical industry solutions, including various types of large work rolls and support rolls, and for the petrochemical industry and other companies that manufacture pressure vessels, we offer a variety of types of shell, cylinder and tube plate products. For the large machinery manufacturing industry and thermal power plants, we provide high quality forged parts, such as the rotor shaft. We also offer a motor and steam turbine with rotor shaft and impeller, water turbine with spindle, forging shaft (step type), billet, tube, pressure vessel, ring, panel, special forgings, and other forged parts for many other applications.

Guoguang Group is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone of China. It is the source of one third of the country’s imports and exports.
